    injector flow rates

I'm confused about the different flow rates for 44lb injectors. Does the flow rated differ between manufacturers? What i'm looking at is I have the 44lb 8.1 marine injectors that flow 5.55 all across the board. I looked at a tune with the same injectors and they were at 3.77 across the board. Then I looked at a tune with Delphi marine multitecII 44lbs and the flow at:
    5.28906 5.32031 5.35938 5.38281 5.42969 5.45313 5.47656 5.52344 5.54688 5.57031 5.61719 5.64063 5.66406 5.71875 5.75781 5.81250 5.85156

Why are there the differences and which low rate should I use?

flow rate verys on a none return fuel system to maintain steady fuel flow at all map pressure.. return systems use the same flow rate as the regulator maintains pressure at the fuel rail for all map ranges by engine vacuum..

so it will depend on your system..

I assume I have a return system as there are two fuel line connections at the fuel rails. So what one should I use then, the 3.77 or the 5.55(which is what i'm using now).

right click on the table and go to units the change from g/s to lbs per hour.. then check the stock 44lbs data and take the first cell at 0 and use this in all cells..

Ok I did the first part and I have 44.02lb/hr(5.55) and the other is at 29.95(3.77). I assume the numbers are what the ratings are at. If thats the case I have the right flows for the 44's and the one that was supposed to be 44's is really 30's? I wasn't sure what you were talking about withe the forst cell at 0 but looking at the chart, it makes sense.
