How to export a table or 3D view

How do I export a table or 3D view into a image file (.jpg, or other). All I can see is export to .txt table form. I want to be able to document the color views I see in the VCM editor windows.

Take a screenshot of the table. Theres no way to export it as a screencap.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Screenshot - Just in case you or some one else doesn't know, Ctrl+Prnt Screen, then paste to MS Paint and save as a jpg. I crop out the non essential stuff with MS Office Picture Manager.
