Need some table values for new 120 injectors

Got some new 120 injectors coming and need to know what value to enter for them.
I can't get that spreadsheet to work for me. Don't have required program or something.

Would appreciate value for a couple different fuel pressures 58 and maybe 43.5 and 40.
I have boost referenced reg so just have to enter same value across the chart.

    The injector specs are here:

How much power are you expecting to make? Why not just use the new Siemens Deka/FRPP (Ford Racing) 80# injectors, and wait for Greg Banish (eficalibrator) to publish the data for them (he converts the Ford injector calibration data to GM injector calibration values). He's expecting to post all the converted FRPP injector calibration data within a couple of weeks (see here: http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showpo...1&postcount=31 ).

Otherwise, good luck, cause you'll never have the right data for those 120s, and that basically means your tune isn't going to be 100% true in terms of VE.

FYI, the 80s are rated at 43.5 psi, so they will flow approx. 92.x #/hr on a GM 4-bar system (58 psi). That's enough injector for around 1100 rwhp Actual.

Here's the FRPP injector data on the 80s:

    http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts...-9593-lu80.pdf

Take the High Slope (AHISL) Ford data of 0.020877 and multiply it by 3600 to get 75.1572 #/hr. That's how much those flow at 39.15 psi, so by doing the math for 58 psi, they should flow right at 91.47x #/hr on a GM.

what kind of fuel pump did you put the your car to support those injectors?

i dont think your ever going to need the full 120's

    Hi Chris..
I put in Lonnies twin pump setup good for 1000rwhp .It comes with 8 an feed line, 6 an return, billet filter and fuel lab boost referenced regulator and big new billet rails.
Lonnie suggested to have headroom by going to the bigger injectors since then can run lower base pressures if want to and have room if we ever get e85. I think 80s would have done the job but figured don't want to keep messing around and the 120s being low impedence should be easy enough to tune.
My original plans were around 800rwhp but now 1000rwhp is pretty much final goal. Also can get this with a combination of my current turbos and the direct port nitrous kit that am installing. Even if upgrade turbos so get say 900rwhp from them then would still run 75 or 100 shot .Nitrous instant spools the turbos and supercools the air charge and works very well together. Its common with the dsm guys.

For some reason I can't get that spreadsheet to work for me. Think don't have spreadsheet program on my computer or would calculate my own numbers.

Maybe you can put in some numbers for me Chris.
I want some for say 40, 43.5 and 58 psi. The injector specs are above. They flow like 120 at 43.5 on gasonline .So would use the number that comes out of the spreadsheet as starting point at least.

Ok guys..just about ready to fire up the car with the new injectors. So still need that constant to plug in. Can someone please figure it out for me. That spreadsheet refused to work won't accept any numbers.

If your base pressure is still 60psi, its 140.88 straight across the IFR table.

Actually base is 58 not 60. Got friend to finally go into the spreadsheet on here and punch in the numbers. Get like 132.79 using 115 for value from them with gas at 43.5. Exact is like 114.9 which gives like 132.79.
I guess you should use the converted gas value not the value for heptane?
Anyway should be close now to get it running and tweak it from there.

    Here's the problem:

When you change base pressures ALL of the values for the injectors change, not just the IFR value. If you're just modifying the IFR table, then that's not tuning the injector right. Here, read this article by Greg Banish, as it explains it in layman terms:

    http://www.calibratedsuccess.com/Ass...%20Article.pdf

Furthermore, there isn't any need to run lower base pressure. If you have ALL the proper values inputted for the injector you're using, then fuel control will be precise and perfect.

Hmm ok..so still need to tweak a bit the other stuff. Gotcha. Well see how it goes. My 60s seemed to working fine and did minimal tweaking on them and thought low impedence are easier to make run nice especially with boost referenced reg setup.

As long as car don't load up on idle and afr is pretty constant will be happy camper.

This may be a silly question, but are you running an injector driver box with those 120's?
