I like my LC-1 and XD-16 guage, its programmable and customizeable so you can make it look exactly how you want. It is a very high quality piece. And not terribly expensive. With the important info these things display I want the best money can buy anyway... I would do it again if I had the choice, the PLX is a good one too and less expensive.

With all the LC1 units I had to send back, I would not recommend one of those to my worst enemy.

well i just got back home from chicago today. i put the tune that 454 posted for me to try. Log2 is right after i loaded it. Log3 is after i drove around for about thirty minutes then tried agian. In both logs i tried to go WOT but truck still is cutting out before i get to the upper rpm range. It's doing better than it was but this is still baffling me. I can break my truck down in a thousand parts and put it right back together, but i still don't know whats causing this shit to happen.

Looks like someone else on PT.net is getting the run around from him. Its a damn shame.

Sounds like you are at least headed in the right direction.

after looking at both logs i will tell you again that i'm almost positive it's a fuel supply problem. stop going wot untill you get it fixed or its going to cost you a motor. you should have 58psi of fuel pressure at idle with the vac. line unhooked from the regulator, if it looks ok blip the throttle a few times while watching the guage to see if the pressure drops.

Not sure if it's the pump but you can't really see past the fact you're running out of fuel here... Check the pressure everywhere you can. collapsed / pinched line perhaps? What caused your last pump to fail? Is the pump grounded properly, have you checked the pressure right out of the pump? check it there and check it as often as you can down the line.. you're just not getting enough fuel to it... I agree with 454, I think you'll be on the downhill slide once you figure this bit out... as for your tuner, forget that, enjoy learning it yourself.

Agreed, with injector duty above 100% (114) I'd verify fuel pressure and if things look good there possibly concider cleaning, replacing or upgrading the injectors. Your injectors should be fine with the cam swap though. I've been through 3 pumps in the last 2 years so I know what you're going through. LOL

I think with a WB in there you will see it will be VERY lean. Even though narrow bands are not accurate at WOT, they flatline lean. That is a good indication you do not have much fuel in there at all IMO.

i checked everything today i'm getting 50-55psi fuel pressure at idle. Pull the vacum hose off and get 60-65psi. i'll start looking for pinched lines now and let ya'll know

Your car is fine at idle. Go check the fuel pressure when you get on it. It will not show at idle from what your logs show.

well i made the pressure gauge reach out from under the hood so i could close it and drive. pressure stays normal will normal driving. As soon as i start to ease into it pressure drops to 20psi. i looked for crimped lines and everything still nothing. i'm going to change the filter agian tomorrow and try that first

Prob a bad pump, sucking the sump dry (not sure how the setup is on the trucks), or a bad regulator. That is your issue though for sure. I would not give the car any load.
