    STFT not working???

hoping I just did something stupid. I have the stft enabled in open loop but they arent showing up in the scanner, or wideband gauge.

    Here's a thread I started w/ a little more detail.

    Thanks,

Why would you want OL fuel trims?

Not sure what you are seeing, they are working in the scan you posted...

Is your bank one sensor in the car, or unplugged for the WB? You have some screwy numbers going on with it.

I am using the LC1 as a wideband and a narrowband in the B1S1 location. there were a few instances in that logged where I forced closed loop to see if the fuel trims would work. That did create some REAL screwy numbers. The rest of the time I had nothing. The b1s1 does appear as if it werent working but at that time my afr was reading about 18:1 when I forced closed loop it does seem to work. I have been driving the truck in OLSD w/ the stft enabled for quite some time and everything has worked well. I dont want the stft for tuning but for daily driving. I may try putting it back to closed loop.

I am going to restate this. I'm pretty sure I just did something stupid in my settings.

    Thanks,
    Alex

MAF is unplugged also. IAT sensor is located in the Magnuson manifold. Will the MAF being unplugged cause the stft not to work?

only codes are P0102 and P0103 which are due to the MAF of course. The B2S1 is reading a really low mv but no code associated with it. O2 readiness test show incomplete and when I force CL th STFT go way negative on B2. I swapped the O2 sensor with the one that came out of b1s1 when I installed the LC1. It was working when I took it out originally but it's been sitting around a couple years. putting it in b2s1 location caused no change. I still suspect this may be my problem. Won't hurt to throw a new one in anyway.

    Thanks,
    Alex

Well I replaced the b2s1 last night and now it's acting normal. But you are right about the strange numbers from b1s1. even w/ the key on engine off it reads +-448mv wideband output seems to be working though. Dunno if it's the sensor or the analog output of the controller. I think I'll command a specific voltage w/ the controller and see what she reads.

I wonder if the new blower might have caused high EGT during tuning (or playing around hehehe) to fry my o2's.

LC1s like to lose their saved analog info so I would check it.

Problem solved! I shoulda payed a little more attention to you! I think you've solved just about every tuning problem I've ever had. THANK YOU!

Well I guess in my playing around in the mud, rain, and dirt roads in NM my b1s1 connector came unplugged . I didnt have an O2 connector for it just some metripack terminals and heatshrink tubing. It turns out the b2s1 was bad also. So now I can cut the connector off of it and have a solid, locked connector for my narrowband O2 signal.

Thanks again! and I feel like a dumbass but it's workin now!
