Didn't need to look at your logs. Just get a decent tuner, and also your money back. It's a pretty simple thing to tune these cars when you do it for a living. There's no way you should have to come on here and ask about tuning your "Tuned Truck". I would not accept this tune, bottom line, fix it or give my money back. If your tuner is being an azz, then that's another story, but you'll need to include that info if you expect help. Most realize, it's between you and your tuner at this point and won't get in the middle.

Robert, I agree with your sentiments 100%, although, from what I gathered from his post, the only thing the shop did was install the long block, and he does his own tuning.
My question is, did they install the cam right? and what about the valve lash? correct length pushrods?
I'd go for mechanical first and then be suspect of your tune second.
