6T70 options?
Just wondering what tuning options HPT's got available for the 6-speed 6T70 transmission found in the 3.6L v6 configurations that GM's put out for the G6, Aura, Malibu, LaCrosse, CTS, STS, etc
The Aura, I know, is paired w/ the E67 ecm in these configurations for the 2007 MY

is there anything to worry about when adjusting the shift speed parameters? ie: is it possible to command a shift that's quicker than what the mechanics are able to do, and cause damage?

unless you somehow switch the upshift & downshift speed/rpm you shouldn't run into many issues.

i think i'm getting confused w/ what "shift speed" means...
does it mean the time taken to shift from gear to gear, or the speed the vehicle is traveling when the shift is made?

In the case of those screenshots its what speed & rpm the vehicle is at when the shift is made.

is there anything HPT can do to alter what i'm referring to? the time it takes for an auto trans to perform a shift?

You'll be able to delete TM, adjust shift pressure, etc but these new transmissions & controllers aren't simplistic like the older pcm controlled transmissions. Im pretty sure we're the only software to even offer tuning for those TCM controllers currently.
