For Alcohol Boost Enrichment EQ, I use 1.23 across. That's 11.9 AFR or .81 Lambda. If that's a little too lean, then use 1.25 or larger. If stock pistons, use 1.26. For gas, use 1.27 or 1.28. I don't know what you mean by tip in, but if I have my foot on the floor, and map gets to 105kpa, I want my Full PE kicked in. You just have to tune the maf and VE to match commanded.
