Vehicle speed calibration question. Probably a simple one.

Hi all, I'm a very experienced gearhead, but not too much with tuning.
I have a problem that I wonder if I can compensate for in the ECM.
I put a motor and trans in my buddy's truck for him. The truck is a 2002 F150, 5.4 auto 4x4. I put in an engine and trans from an 03, and found out the hard way that the output speed sensor in the 03 has 24 elements where the 02 has only 6. As a result, the speedometer and the ECM think I am going 4 times as fast as I am, and it shifts much earlier than it should. Around 25 mph, the speedo reads 100 and the speed limiter activates. It goes into Overdrive at like 10 mph.

Can I change the gear ratio setting, or tire size setting, or anything else in the tune to correct this?

Look for OSS sensor setting, tooth count. It should be under hardware options, not in trans settings. I have SCT, so name might be a little different.
