LS1 Emissions test (Aus) E85?

Hi Tuners

ive recently bought my first v8 and am having to go through emissions testing.
Motor has been rebuilt, VCM3 Cam (228/232 112), Higgins 243 CNC heads and Haltech 2500 with widebands. Exhaust is extractors into two stock cats from a Commodore, twin 3in into single 3in tailpipe. MAFless tuned on 98 fuel

Tester tried to get it under the CO2 and CO numbers but leaning it out a bit (hand written is the target) but NoX went up over the limit..

Ive heard E85 reduces emissions, Does anyone know if putting a flexfuel sensor and tuning for E85 would bring the CO2 and CO numbers down enough to pass without having to swap a stock cam back in??
