I've been fighting an issue for a bit now that run good everywhere except while under WOT the AFRs will bounce around almost as if a cylinder is misfiring or something. Car is an NA 426 11:1 on E85. We've gone over spark plugs, coils, injectors, O2s, and everything else but can't figure this one out. Also having issues with knock retard which I assume is directly related

I think you're seeing noise on the WB input. A miss will almost always be reflected in the narrowband sensors.
