2004 F150 5.4L 3V Tuning. Need Help with MAF Tuning and adjusting A/F.

Hey guys I've got into tuning Transmissions for my business business with hp tuners with great successful results. And i have dove off into tuning my engine in my ford. I've made some adjustments from what i could find to adjust for better drivability, better throttle response, making a world of a difference it feels like, but I'm struggling on tuning maf to adjust my A/F. I'm looking at richening up a/f at WOT and Leaning out at idle. if anybody has any pointers that'd be awesome. I am running a wideband hooked up to my scanner. I was looking at adjusting my airflow vs voltage to adjust A/F at WOT, is this on the right track?

No expert but if your intake is stock the MAF should be dialed in. If you want to change commanded AFR in certain situations you need to change your base fuel tables.

The truck does have an intake, and no cats I did adjust my airflow vs volts by the smallest change to the whole table, it was extremely touchy. I was seeing 12.3-12.8 at wot now I?m seeing 12.8-13.1 mostly have a few rich spikes around 12.4 in there that I bet I could smooth out with the base fuel tables?
