98 camaro surge at startup issue

this is a fresh build just got running today and after getting to start and warm up when i shut it off and restarted it, it idles a little high then goes down and after about 10 seconds starts to surge bad, it dosnt die and but cant figure out why it is surging. i know the IAC counts are a little high and ive been adjusting them down. is a ls1 stroker 383 with a 595 lift cam. any help is appreciated1998 camaro 383ci 595cam.hpt98 camaro surge issue.hpl

Get the VE table correct.

Play with your idle spart underspeed table as well. Let spark be able to control idle more
