Please Help. L31. 1997 K1500. No start after 0411 swap, bored .040 and mild cam.

The truck is a 1997 Chevrolet K1500. Chewed up the crank. Stock replacement from Scat. While the machine shop went through it I had it bored .040 and installed flat top dual relief pistons. I also went with a mild cam upgrade (Melling MC22129). Everything else is stock. I am running ecm software for 2002 Chevrolet Express L31. I did flash update the ecm with current calibrations from Chevrolet for the 2002 Express. So far the only change I've made is to the cylinder volume. The truck almost wants to start but no dice. Please help. I've got no idea. Thanks in advance.

Basic no start troubleshooting. Is it firing? Is it getting fuel? I would expect it to run on stock tune.

Calibration file isn't going to tell anyone anything. As GT said, it's a basic no-start diag that needs to be done. Compression, spark, fuel pressure, injector pulse.

Edit: Bout the only thing that would keep it from starting that relates to the cal file is the VATS system. I see you have that turned off.

First thing to check is the FP. It's an old truck. How old is the pump? Do you have a fuel pressure gauge on it? That's the first thing you need to do.
