    Fuel table adjustments?

Hi guys i have 2007.5 1500 5.3 i did a dod delete and have all the parameters associated off. Ive had a rough idle and from time to time either bank 1 to lean or both cats below efficiency. My buddy had his scanner attached and we were shutting off the dod associated cylinder injectors and the truck didnt hesitate. Were wondering if my fuel tables are off? Some help please.

Post the tune file. IF the DOD isn't turned off correctly it will run bad. Did you swap cams when you did the DOD delete?

Both banks look like shit but bank 1 really looks like it has multiple dead soldiers. I'd pull the valve cover and inspect the work you've done. From there its typical cylinder miss diagnosis. This is something you can toon out. Put the laptop down and figure out why you have what looks like multiple dead cylinders.

When i had my heads resurfaced they checked all the valves, seals and springs. What do you think i should be looking for? Compression test?

I figured i couldnt tune this out. You think it might be the injectors? When we shut the dod ones off the truck didnt hesitate like the non dod cylinders did so we thought it might be a fuel trim issue. If i pulled the valve covers off again what am i looking for?

Check all your rocker arms and make sure they're not loose or binding. Remove them and check the push rods to make sure something didn't get bent. Visually inspect everything and then reinstall and torque to spec. When all that is verified then move on to misfire diagnosis. Perform an injector balance test, compression test, and anything else applicable to the situation.

Also, what lifters did you install? quality brand? do you have a part number?
