    Tuning Help

    I need some tuning help
    2014 LT1 Corvette M7 A&A supercharger LT4 HPFP and Injectors
    Have been getting email tune but cant seem to get past KR at 6k RPM it hits a wall
    Dont hear any knock it does it on each gear at the same RPM Plugs look good tried with 97 octane gas. Didn't have any knock problems N/A before the supercharge install no exhaust changes
    any help would be appreciated

    So with race gas it knocked also or didnt ping?

    If you view the data log you will see the knock retard at 6k RPM at each gear change. No audible ping is heard from inside the car. Pulled spark plugs no sign of any damage. Racing fuel made no difference in KR as seen on data log. Originally had 91 octane removed that added 5 gallons of 96 octane. Had knock retard at same RPM with both fuels. Once the KR kicks in it stops gaining RPM its like the engine is shutting down it will never hit the rev limiter. Car cold start good runs and drives nice the only problem is hitting a wall after 6k RPM and falling on its face. Fuel rail pressure is good 2900psi+ injector duty cycle is at 20% boost is solid at 5 PSI. A/F ratio solid at 11 spark advance is close to zero then goes minus with KR.

    If spark is close to 0 then that’s a problem… setuo like this low teens is where it should be..
    I typically shoot for .84 lambda on boost DI so you could be getting rich Knock along with no timing in the engine

    What spark plugs are you running? Might need a colder heat range. Also, the knock sensor tables look stock. You'll probably need to deaden them some. You also need to log pedal position. It could be closing the blade on you. It looks like it clips it at 6400 each time. Spark timing is in the shitter but it looks like it's the blade closing that you're feeling.

    Im running NGK Spark Plugs LTR7IX-11 (Stock # 6510) the ones that came with the A&A supercharger kit. I will relay the other info to my email tuner. Thanks for the suggestions

    If you have to ask questions here and then relay the answers to your tuner, you may want to consider another tuner.

    I have been thinking the same thing do you recommend any one I can pay to get this tune done. I live in a area with no tuners within 8 hours away. Email tune is about my only choice.
