Yeah something is definitely wrong. I like gametech's suggestion.

I dont have any evap on my tahoe, i did try the stock ve table the -15% at idle an results were needed pedal to start, no idle unless u held it the pedal open slightly. Could my map offset cause these problems? Im 3 bar os koeo i get 105kpa bounce 0 then 105 then 0 engine running it reads 65-70 sometimes lower. My baro says 15.1 im 400m above sea level

Have you confirmed the map sensor linear and offset with the part number of the sensor?

If you're at 400m your Baro should be around 95 Kpa. That being said, it'll throw it off some, but not nearly as drastically as it is now. It looks like it's setup for the red label GM sensor. If that's not what you have, that's what you need to get. Not a knock off Napa, etc., buy a GM part. PN 12592525

It's obvious it won't run with your VE setup they way I described and you did. My point was, set it up that way and start raising your injector flow rate until the trims come into line.

How did you end up with that PN? That does not sound right. Did a quick search and that doesn't even look like a 3 bar sensor. You need to get a GM red label and a connector pigtail.

I can't tell you off the top of my head. I build way more cars than trucks. I do know you'll need to drill the hole slightly.
