I'm looking for PD blower IAT logs that I can look at/compare to...

I'd like to see other people running PD blowers' log as it pertains to air charge temp, I know on some cars it's IAT2, others maybe MAT, ACT....whatever. I'm looking for air temp after blower. Street and/or drag strip preferred because I can see the effect of the heat load across multiple gears but dyno logs would be also appreciated. Anyone out there? Thanks.

Street run. IAT not logged for some odd reason, MAT is there though. Good long run from 3rd to the top of 5th gear.

This might be interesting to you.

Isentropic compression. You can calculate IAT's and if you know compressor efficiency you can find the real IAT. The ratio of the actual IAT and what is calculated is the compressor efficiency (normally 60-80ish%)

gamma will be 1.4 for air. Temperatures and pressures are absolute. I'll bet you can find an online calculator for it if you search isentropic compression of ideal gas.

    Okay, I assume that's the jackshaft style? That's what I'm running on a 2005 Corvette.(LS2)

Why would you care? Without knowing what the rest of everyone's setups are? It's a really vague request. If you're wondering if yours are high, post a data log and ask. First thing you'll be asked is, what is your setup? You're not even asking for a specific blower, just "PD". That encompasses so many name brands, sizes, rotor designs, intercoolers, etc. Then you have all the variables of size of HX, pump, size of ice box, location, total system volume, etc.

Without knowing what a data log represents, what good is it?

"without knowing what a data log represents" It's all irrelevant, I'm curious to see other PD blower logs on Gen 4 engines as they pertain to IAT. I don't need to know anything else unless I specifically ask for it.

That's what doesn't make sense. I have data logs of PD blowers making 12 lbs of boost with IATs in the 140s and others with 18 lbs. of boost that will barely break 100* at the end of a pull.

Thats exactly how mine runs. Stock HX and pump with underhood tank. Thats also on 90* or hotter days. I so need to upgrade my HX and pump.

Yeah that's normal for that setup. That's why I'm not understanding the vagueness of the post.
