2015 Mustang GT Manual Trans gear ratio changes?

I have a 2015 Mustang GT in the shop that we put a Calimer's Stage 3 transmission in. The gear ratios are different than stock and I got the dreaded flare on a the shift and cruise quit working.

I got the Ratios form Calimer and loaded those changes in, Readjusted all of the Min and Max ratios with the same scaling as the stock was and I still have a funky flare on the shift. On the dyno right now so I haven't verified if cruise is inop.

Has anyone done this that can help me realize what I am missing?

I may have figured it out. The OSS tooth count is 24 on the Calimers. Not sure how I missed this.

I'll update if it fixes it and hopefully this will help someone else.
