    multiple cylinders not firing

I am new to tuning and after countless hours just got my truck started and running again. Now however its not running on all 8, and I don't dare keep it running and try to read the scan. Is there a place to check individual coil readout to verify which ones are firing? Right now the cylinder temp by header tube is this:
    cylinders
    1-cold
    8-cool
    7-cool
    2-warm
    6-warm
    5-cool
    4-very hot
    3-warm

Its obvious my tune is still off but to get to this point is an achievement. If you need the setup it is a 99 silverado 5.3, 218/227 .525 cam, ported heads, Longtube headers, and CAI. Thanks in Advance

Make sure you didn't flip flop the coil harnesses too and or the injector harness, that could cause more than half the cylinders not to fire at the correct time.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
