Question 2016 6.0 Vortec 2500 Sputtering after new exhuast

My buddy has a 2016 Seirra 2500. He installed headers, and a true dual exhaust. Truck performs better but it has "holes" in the acceleration at certain points. Wondering if I could figure it out myself, or preferably get a remote tune. Any help is appricated, thanks. Zachs 2016 6.0 Seirra.hpt

Here's a revision that will help it considerably. Do you still have cats?

Shorty headers sadly aren't really even an upgrade.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
