Hate to tell you guys but there is no such thing as a slew rate table that will fix it, the opening rate of the throttle body is controllable with the currently available tables.

On manual cars you can do it either way but I prefer to keep the torque model correct and the MAF table correct and pull fuel out with the PE table for methanol. Yeah yeah pe doesn't match anymore...

As a test zero out both of the engine / torque management / general / spark retard tables. Also consider changing out that OS to a 2001-2002 OS.
