Well I updated to 3.6. It can?t read the computer before or after. It?s starts to connect and then you hear the device/cable being removed from windows.

I?ve had the same problem with the scanner not communicating with 2 laptops. I took the hard drive out of the old one and put it in a similar, slightly newer model. No change at all.

I can?t tell if it gets its power from the obd2 port or the USB port. Either one will keep it lit. How exactly would you check?

Thanks. I looked and just cannot find those channels. I'm experimenting with just scaling the tps pe with some results.

Looks like PE kicks in at 47.5% tps consistently for me. Pedal position is either 52.5 or 54% depending on the pid you log. Relative throttle position shows 33.7%. All very confusing considering...

Resetting the codes throuh the DIC results in them coming. Right back. 1 of them is 10 pcm no comm. disconnecting the battery overnight did not work either.

This is freshly put together. I don't believe there are any exhaust leaks, and it does not sound like it. The o2's are original from 2002, but that is only 25k miles.
