Any chance you could post file that worked for you. I'm having same issue as you with it lock and unlocking in 4th. I have the same OS as well

ya i tried a different usb. When unplugging it the light flickers.
Same thing when connecting to a car. The light comes on then goes out
When i plug the USB into the laptop the power light lights up and goes out. Then when i unplug it the power light flickers. The power light never stays lit.
