Ok so at the weekend I am going to attempt to flash a whipple tuned Raptor back to Stock USING A TUNE FROM THE REPOSITORY. Then from there copy the tables from the whipple tune into the stock tune....
Support were not able to Help with the Whipple tune. I have to flash back to stock.

Tried using your PID's but I could not read 70% of them from the ecu. So here is a log with everything it offered me, some totally irrelevant but I just selected everything.
