Well....heres an update. I re-set the entire throttle cracker table to stock settings. I still get the cruise control and idle hang, but it settles as soon as I stop now rather than a few seconds...

Conversions are wrong. Like mentioned you need to make sure, the setting is the same (Imperical or Metric).

Air is coming from the Idle Air Control Valve. You can see it on the data long. When it closes up, the idle returns to normal.
