If random cylinders are different temperature, it’s not a tune issue, unless you are talking about one bank vs the other. This is a mechanical/wiring issue.

Vacuum won't be more "intense". You can actually get into cams that won't let vacuum assist brakes work correctly because the vacuum is less.

Look up the OEM Service manual with an AcDelco TDS subscription for your particular model and follow the diagnostic steps for your codes.
