A lot of the injectors they sell are OEM injectors for some application..
There is not going to be a solution that will automatically work when the cam has so much overlap.
I'd suggest reducing ECM 12480 and increasing ECM 12470. You can find these by searching in...
Just choose ECM/TCM Pedal and throttle body from one OEM example.. Mismatching is where you run into problems.
The final timing is very low.. 7-12 degrees at 135kPa Especially for the boost. Its because of IAT compensation is taking out too much.
I'd have this retuned to be honest. The work is messy.
That part number prefix 0 280 158 is just standard bosch injector PN.. The last 3 identify what injector it is.. but so so many bosch injectors start off with that prefix.
I have a sneaky...
too cold of a plug will usually show up when you crank and move a car a few times without letting it warm and after that it runs a bit rough until you "clear it out"
basically the plug will dirty...
I think the error might be in some other model.. airflow..etc
I think it would be smart to check fuel pressure while the alternator is at 15v vs 13v. One volt could be +20% in fuel pump flow. ...
Good catch on the empty VE table.
The scanner interpolates between points.. It's not a useful feature IMHO.. if you see the data hiccup you'll see the line displays bridge from one to the...
The fuel trims could be closer. You could sneak some timing in the main spark table. I'm not sure what type of transmission but if it isn't optimized to stay locked up in the highest gear...
You really need a wideband with a cam like this.
You should also log short term idle trims and long. STIT and LTIT
I've had good luck wiht the Deatschwerks injectors.
I didn't see where you got on it all the way but what you showed looked lean and with very low timing for the amount of boost.
I'm sorry I don't want to beat you up on it... but it doesn't look...
A longer log might help diag. I recommend 15 min
That's what I said... traditionally yes.. but on gen 4 it might not. I've had more than 2 now act like vats issues and it is where the cam sensor wiring was off. No cam codes. It will fire and...
The problem is PIN A B C are swapped around in that jumper harness that a lot of GEN 4's come with. The pinout to that connector could be correct..but is it changing or should it change though that...
be sure to delete the orignal map sensor pid when you do this.. Only have 1 in your list.
There is a table, O2 readiness vs ECT. set it to something high to keep it in OL. The closed loop vs ECT or IAT doesn't work on all OS's.
There are ways to get a OL idle doing some PE...
I'd pick as many components as possible from some OE application. The pedal and throttle body are important to pick from some OEM application together.
If your set on a E38 but need it for a...
because to the misfire diagnostics.. cam lope looks like a misfire.
Try this.. Somethings don't like to be set to exactly 0.

I've run into this a couple times on GEN 4 swaps.
traditionally a engine will run without a cam sensor. They just might not start every time.. but every other time they will start.
A GEN 4...
It's a good idea to start from scratch IMHO.
If the shifts change going from MAF to SD than one of those airflow models are not correct.
This looks like it should work.
I'd put the MAP enable to something higher like high 80's or 90 kPa. If you do get into PE 65 kPa would be way to low.
Lets see a log. Its easy to tell when...
