A data log would help also. Pretty standard procedure. Not sure why it needs to be said over and over and over again.
I'm assuming by his post, it ran fine, they flashed it with something else, then it didn't.
OP correct me if I'm wrong.
PS there ain't a jumbo shrimp within 200 miles of central PA LOL
I don't get it. What was wrong with the file it ran on?
Have you posted both? The file it runs on and the one it doesn't?
Need a fuel pressure gauge on the vehicle at all times. Preferably one you can view from the driver's seat while operating the vehicle.
You need to add injector pulse width to your pid list.

Yes, at idle, not moving, the TCC slip should be same as your idle speed.
1500-1700 @ 5200, part throttle sounds a bit much. The same slip at lower engine speeds under a bit more load that's not...
The one log where it does have a good amount of idle roll, it's in open loop (so it's not trims causing it in that log), the spark is barely wavy, the throttle blade is very active and the RPMs just...
I'm with Alvin on this. Only OS "upgrading" should be done with SPS unless you're absolutely sure, or don't care if you brick one just trying it.
No mention of injectors......
First, is it a multi disc TCC that's built to be locked up under power? If not you'll hurt it. If it is, and it's slipping 15-1700 rpm, that's not good. If you're seeing that much slip unlocked,...
LT4 is 1.7 litre
^^^ Once you do this, it's gonna run pretty bad. The VVE table is less than accurate.

THE CEL is most likely lit up because it has the MAF failed but all the MAF codes set to no error reported. Set them to "MIL on first error" then uncheck the SES box. Bet the light goes out.
Even worse than that it's dead ass lean in boost @ 3000 rpm. Check at the cursor.
155 Kpa, dead lean and about 23 degrees of timing commanded. The CEL circuit is the least of OP's problems.

Lemme get my crystal ball. BRB
The data is supposed to be improved. Also, the injector sounds like it's dimensionally the same as the 1050x it's just all stainless parts so it's alternative fuel compatible.
That's why I preach simplicity and don't change random tables just because you can.
That's incorrect. The latest data covers earlier versions. The 1300XDS data covers the 1300x. Says so right on their data page.
Highlight the whole table, hit smoothing once, flash it to the vehicle.
As others will be saying, jumping in here, there's more to it, but this is a start.
You sound intelligent and you post in actual paragraphs. Go through a thorough mechanical diagnosis and a good wiring visual. I'm sure you'll run across multiple issues that need remedied.
I...
Oh my gosh you're right! I did a compare and I was off a country mile!! LOL

That's a good suggestion I didn't even consider the evap.
That made me go look at his tune file because I'd only been looking at the logs.
My ID 1300x data is different, specifically the...
Your VE is completely original. I can tell just by looking at it. You need to plot your trims, which is the percentage the fueling off, and apply the correction to your VE table.
The closer you...
Yeah looks like you got it.
Dude, you gotta dial it in. Smoothing it isn't dialing it in. "It's still rich" is a ridiculous statement to make at this point. Of course it's still rich. You haven't done anything to dial it in.
