I am currently working on tuning the new built 4L70E transmission in our 2007 TBSS... and for the life of me I cannot get HPTuners (build 3.6.26) to properly read the temp sensor inside the unit. ...
Pretty solid. Thanks for sharing the tunes too.
Not boosted. N/A.
The problem may have been sourced to charging system issue.
Bump.
Found out that it is dropping ~6psi at WOT. Bad Chinese regulator? Bad pump? Normal?
Forced the car into OLSD and going to retune the VE table.
Config files etc are here:...
Just curious as to why you installed your WBO2 after the cat in the first place?? Installing your WBO2 BEFORE the cat will give you the most accurate readings??[/QUOTE]
I chose to use the WBO2 in...
Chasing my tail here.
The vehicle is an LS-swapped G-body. Basic specs: LS1 SBE, PRC stg 1 799s, CamMotion 228/234 .627"/.612" 112+3, ported LS6 intake and 78mm throttlebody, 1-7/8 headers, cats,...
No problem. Glad to know I wasn't crazy.
I can probably just find a workaround - using Excel maybe?
Are we talking the "math parameters" or in the filtering field in the "graph" section of the scanner?
Normally I do, I just find it a huge PITA to cut and paste around the silliness.
Is it possible to set up a filter up that would block out cells displaying (for example) +/-5% error? I am working on a CL SD tune (2002 F-body OS 1 Bar SD) and it just seems silly to keep chasing...
Yeah, I can see that being a problem.
But... but... but... isn't that raping the PE table? LOL!
The root cause is still unknown as I have yet to tear it down. The trans had less than 12 passes on it. Thanks for the advice, but in a 5100+lb performance application it is fools errand to chase...
Being Canadian I don't like the idea of going without my AWD either, and I have done full business case for both options the costs are high regardless. However, if you need any further reason to run...
There has been absolutely no help in the matter, ever, on the forums. Those who claim to know don't share because it isn't profitable.
My TBSS has been sitting since early Oct 2016 thanks to a...
Even just being able to turn on/off the idiot light for the TPMS on a late-model car would be awesome. Relearning the sensors would be among most folks basic needs too.
Been really busy with work, running Drag Week, training (been away from home 8+wks this year), etc so I haven't had much time to dedicate to this thread.
Here is what we are running now.

You could run the 12V signal into a micro-relay as the trigger, and then have the signal/feed side send 5V (from an underhood 5V source) to the MPVI. That is assuming you have any unused 5V sources...
Please add the MTX-L to this as well.
Open Windows Exploder and search for *.hpl
Tthis is grade school stuff from when I was in grade school - 20 years ago.
I used to service and tune Turbo Buicks (an analog meets digital nightmare if there ever was one) on the side, had one bad customer and it all stopped. I have had a guy stop me leaving a car show...
In my case it is an '07 TBSS with Flex Fuel sensor added to a 2 bar OS.
I just double checked my Channel and I was logging Flex Fuel Advance; I wasn't looking hard enough when I tried adding it to...
Do we have the ability to log timing enhancement (ie. adders/tables) for flex fuel enabled vehicles in the scanner?
I fully understand that, which is why his condescending/undermining tone is not in the least bit helpful. Moreover, it doesn't do anything for the community or for moving things forward with respect...
So what does work? I ask because you must have found settings that do work better while on the dyno, right? And if so, why not share them and provide a complete answer (rather than a partial one)?
