I wonder if Greg Banish (eficalibrator) has any insight to this new ECM and tuning technique? Andy, it may be worth it to hire Greg and have him setup your company up with a great base tune. I'm...
how many miles on your o2's?
yes, Injector data includes a lot more than just IFR vs KPA. I think we just found your problem.
put stock values in with stock injectors, it should run fine. then cut the ifr and double stoich. it should run the same. then put in the new injectors with the half ifr and data
between 0 - 34000 frames, I didn't see it get even close to 15,000 hz

VE and Maf are both enabled, tune one then the other.
This is all wrong if you're trying to set for a SD Tune.
the file you posted has all the auto tables still available.
I wonder if you need to swap the OS to a manual, you must get an error everytime you try to write, as it tries to do the trans as well.

I thought it showed up on the HUD, but I dont think adjusting it works.
Nice use and write up! I finally recieved the -6an fittings yesterday. Hope to get it all installed this weekend. Damn summer school semester.
no, just redownload 2.24 on the homepage
There is a Brake table in Tq Management that does this exact thing.
Does this effect any other calculations beside fuel mileage on DIC?
You would need to tune them both seperately to the same -3-0 error. best to use a loaded dyno to get it that close, if they are not both spot on, they tend to fight each other when both enabled.

I just posted what my 2.5 SD tune uses. try it and see if it works.
Yes, you have it setup that way. MIL on first error. when you flash you reset the stored mil codes so it needs to detect a maf error before it goes SD. see below for fix.
