update: found the problem. It was not crank relearn procedure, youtubed it and usually you get a p0315 code....

I don't understand what is keeping the crank signal from reading when key on crank per hp tuners scanner display... i think this is the cause of the long crank.. its like its relying on the cam...

Sounds like a wiring problem or sensor problem. Brake pedal and ambient faults are normal for swaps. Intake, fuel and oil sensor are not normal. Check wiring first..
