FYI, most tune files hold change history, you can usually load the original file by going to Edit menu->View change/history logs->Right click on Base and select open as compare.

A suggestion though: Only modify the Hi LSPI limit table, leave Lo and Nominal completely stock... That way if you ever get knock that causes the octane...

260 or 270 would probably be a good starting point, I'm at 290 degrees on my 2.3 Mustang.
Insufficient fuel is usually from running out of injection window, basically there isn't enough time in the cycle's window of opportunity to spray enough fuel to meet the air flow's required ratio....

It does exactly what it says it does, ramps in fuel cut over the set time. The longer the time, the longer it takes for decel fuel cut to engage.
I've used it for limiting burble before, works...

Since you only have 30k on the factory plugs, I would just try closing up the gap to .028"...
Sounds like it's just blowing out the spark... Try a step colder plug and tighten up the gap a bit.
As I understand it, it's used to model the airflow through the charge piping to predict throttle and manifold pressure, but it's affect is minimal.
It could be used to help request more TIP demand...

Check the plug gaps, these engines can be sensitive to it, I was chasing something similar on my own mustang.
It's the ramp time until full fuel cut on decel, longer time, longer it takes to get DFCO. That way you get burbles, but can also still benefit from decel fuel cut.
