If it is a like for like for like then yes a relearn is all that is required.
It just anticipates how much power the compressor is going to need when it engages. Like starting a swing earlier if you are getting a fastball. Keeps the engine from surging up and down. It does not...
Unless someone shut my brain off today stoich is an air fuel ratio that is perfect combustion for specific fuel unlike Lambda 1.0 which is perfect combustion for any fuel. This does not have anything...

All it takes is a VERY short duration of no communication to set those codes. Often times set by the BCM when it requests a state of health request. I use the Data Bus Diagnostic Tool to see how long...
I remember the numerous software updates with the EV fans. To much engagement and a roar, then after the "fix" they would overheat, then back to roar under certain conditions. I think they got it...
I have been using these very same performance test for well over 20 years. That's how old yet still up to date they are. A/C is the simplest thing we can deal with. Heat pumps.
What do you change them by? Based on percentage injector flows? Arbitrary? Trial and error?
As others have mentioned it needs a proper diagnostic done.
1. Does it have air in the system? Properly evacuated?
2. Does it move air at an idle? Sheet of paper stick to the condenser showing air...
Ya know I keep forgetting that it will do the TCM. Seem to get my brain wrapped around the ECM/PCM's.
I use Tech2Win and GDS2. When you want data you have to specifically request access to the specific module. It then gives you the data that is available. While I didn't engineer the software I will...
TPS, APP, etc. are all processed by the ECM. That data is sent to the TCM and used for trans operation. No direct wiring from engine related sensors go to the TCM
If you have the two different VIN's then enter them into this separately and see if they are compatible as in the part numbers are the same.

HP tuners will not do a complete re/program. That will have to be performed with SPS/Techline Connect. Again I will see if I have any of those OS's as an HP tuner file on my server when I get home...
Not saying that at all. I have no idea if that will work. That is a HUGE difference in years. I gave the link thinking your answer would be there.
The repository was deleted due to....... .gov
Anyways you might find a stock file in there, or you might not. It is likely I have a few on my server. I'll check tonight if I can remember.

I disable TCC in lower gears. Example is 6LX0e. I only have lockup in 5th and 6th gear. No lockup in any gear with WOT
I check all my cam installs. Just what I've done over the past 40+ years. They were always off. Some by as much as 4 degrees. However I have not had ANY quality LS cam/kits that were not a straight...
Why would you want the TCC locked in lower gears?
This is kind of a weakness of stock 6LXXe Torque Converters.
Not to mention some spark knock issues.
From what I understand the firmware update takes place in versions 5.x The Beta does work great and no firmware and still allows me to use my 4.8 version software that has "things" I want to be able...
