Just like the title says. I can't think about what I'm missing. I have the car idling and I want to move the RPM up a bit to hit some more MAF cells and when I enable the manual idle on button in...
Like, for all the contributors!
Getting there but there's still some work to do. Try moving the zones around where the sharp edges are on that VVE graph to see if you can smooth it out more.
Be careful about where your zones are in your VVE tables. The BlueCat tool used to move them automatically to ensure a smooth VE table. HPT doesn't and you have to move them manually.

Thanks!
= pounding my head against the wall complaining and not getting any improvements
I have a question if you wouldn't mind pointing me in the right direction. I have a completely stock '15 6.2 8sp sierra CCSB and I have a crazy transmission clunk. Most prominent when transitioning...
I went back to the first posts and have been browsing every page up to here looking for the answer to this ^
First thing I see is 10.5* of TM at 9m 43s of the second log which drops the total timing to 2.1*. That would feel like crap. This is an auto, did you update the airmass based torque coeffiecients?...
I didn't see it anywhere and I too would assume it's relatively quick and accurate. At least more so than the digital to analog signal that's being produced by a WB.
I can see there's a lot of...
I get what you're saying, it's not about the absolute value but the consistency of reporting the difference between expected and actual.
I also understand what the others are saying about lesser...
Lol, not really. I was hoping to see a discussion on AFR/Lambda from the controller vs. what's being reported by the MPVI. There has to be a point of diminishing returns on the accuracy of the...
Can someone please point me in the direction of a discussion that addresses the accuracy of the analog to digital conversion done by the MPVI device?
For those of you with an NTK AFRM...... i took about an hour to brush up on my algebra and this is what I got for my V3.0 user defined transform to report lambda betwe 0.62 and 1.37
(Input/5.291)...
I attempted to compare my 2015 Sierra 8 speed transmission settings to a 2016 Sierra 8 speed from the repository but it doesn't let me compare the values. Does this make sense?
Whenever i try to add a new channel the scanner program locks up and is unresponsive. Have to end it with the task manager.
2009 CTS-V but I'm not connected right now. I just wanted to setup my scanner before I go an connect.
When I filter it seems like most if not all the parameters are available.
When I add the...
How do we select broadcast parameters in the 3.0 scanner?
I delete the default RPM parameter which had the bi-directional icon to the left of it. I tried to add a broadcast parameter for RPM by...
The new scanner is......... beautiful! LOL
After doing some more looking, this doesn't appear to be correct. While the NTK 24302 will work with the AFM1000, I don't believe that they're the same sensor.
Here Ballenger lists them...
Thanks a lot for your help!
LOL, seriously! They're charging $500 for a $110 sensor with a $20 plug swap??
I would at least have thought it was a 24300.
Will a 24300 still work with an AFM1000?
They won't provide the NTK part number and they're marking it up quite a bit.
