I'm just writing calibration, and clicking do not write for transmission. I'll post tune in a min
I'm not sure what is going on but every time I write the truck with an adjustment on the tune, the truck will start and die after 2 seconds multiple times with multiple key cycles before eventually...
So can someone take a look at this scan and tune file and tell me where I should start? This is a tune from a friend that has me running but that's about it.
I am a beginner so be easy lol
this is...
Yeah I was doing a lot of reading last night and it sounds like upgrading the transmission is a must that sucks it's going to be another however much for me to find one and install it. Is swapping...

I'm not certain because I haven't really looked but I believe it does have the 4L60E I heard they are not too bad though...
Also, just an update. Truck is running👌.
Hey TAPyvehc93 what all did you upgrade to be able to run 14lbs? Just curious to know. I was told just injectors, pump, 2bar map, plugs for 8-10lbs is this accurate? Thoughts?
Man I keep getting confusing information one person says I should do this the other person says I should do that it totally makes sense to stick with the stock OS because most of the information is...
Thanks for the info:) I'm working on it. Also in regards to going back to the original os., I go over passes hauling a 23ft boat going through lots of elevation differences, sticking with the 2bar OS...
thanks. I found that tab to change it but the map and rpm are switched, so its a pain in the butt to manually enter a bazillion numbers into the 2 bar os
ok, so question...can you do a SD tune without going to a 2 bar os? and also kill the maf? cause if so maybe I should justreturn to the stock OS nd kill the maf and just tune the vve table for the...
found the link, too confusing to work with. I'm copying all the data to excl and changing the tables manually, any easy way to this? what a pain in the arse
ok I need this blue cat tool you speak of... I'm getting it now...you have a link?
and where exactly is this "map axis"? to change the vve to a 2bar? I cant find it, I'm just finding row axis and column axis if I right click thetables and you cant change, only edit
this is all a lot of info but I'm slowly learning, thanks for putting up with me. all I want to do in the end is have this truck twin turbo'ed, 60lbs injectors, 2 bar map, valve springs, and 8-10lbs...
So I get a little bit more capability by staying with the two BR OS I might as well stay there since I'm already there and learning it.... does the file attachments or thumbnails that you are sending...
So what's the difference in the two BR OS ? Is it better to run a 2bar OS or stick with the original OS ?
Blue cat tool? Do you have a write up somewhere that I can look at you keep referring to saying before but I'm new and haven't heard of any of this ?
And for some reason maybe I was mistaken I...
But now looking at the map K PA the numbers go 10.0 12.5 15.0 17.5 etc. etc. but in the two bar OS it starts at 15 and goes by five, 20 25 30 35 etc. etc. So I'm not sure I can copy these tables...
I just didn't know where to look I found it under the edit tab didn't know it would be there
I found the original tables this should get me going great !!
And I think I worded it wrong it's normal closed normal open and there's a table that says VE DOD which I'm sure I won't touch
