I have these injectors in an LS7. You'll need about a 1/2" spacer. I picked up some nylon spacers at Lowes. Perfect fit. You'll also need longer bolts.

Under engine diagnostics/DTC uncheck all the boxes that refer to 02 sensor 2. Do not touch the fuel bank sensors, just the 02 sensor 2s. You have one for bank 1 and one for bank 2.
