I have found out that since I deleted VCM suite and redownloaded it, I had to take the emissions test to get a device code. That did not help me. I did notice that under the license tab, it is blank....

I am experiencing the same issue, however I cannot read my current tune or connect to VCM scanner. I have an E38 ECU as well. I have pulled the radio fuse, I will check for loose grounds...
