Are you getting a specific error message?
Can you be more specific regarding what you're seeing?
My buddy had the same problem on his old laptop. He installed it on his daughters new one and it works fine.
When attempting to pull data from the vehicle or flash a non vehicle I've already done it times out immediately also wants attempting to scan with the scanner it says there's no interface and I have power and it's connecting I have a Snap-On scan tool and it connects just find the vehicle I will screenshot it and or write it down and
Longstroke is referring to me, guess the software on my laptop is just outdated. Working fine on my daughters laptop...
It's a laptop with Windows 10 on it have had no problems with GM vehicles
FWIW I had an issue with the scanner working in a 3.4 build from a week ago (to fix the 4-5 shift for auto's). I reverted back to an older build that worked fine for the scanner. I haven't opened a support ticket as I have been too busy.
I'll try the latest and see if the scanner works.
Ya I didnt have a problem tell 3.4 I will go back to older one and try
