loosing map signal under boost

Trying to figure im loosing Map signal and injectors at 4600 to 5000 rpm only after putting larger exhaust on because it was restricting my boost , I was only at 14.3 after exhaust now at targeted 17 lbs, map sensor is a 12592525# 3 bar checked all voltages vacum lines, fuel system is twin in tank Squash fuel return systm.
