Higgs Bonson- They haven't got back to us yet. But as soon as I hear back from them, I will let you know! It will probably be Monday unless the boss man checks the work email this weekend.
Probably already resolved but for those who are wondering, service information states to remove the glove box and it should be mounted to the passenger side of the center stack.
