VCM Controls in Scanner

I've been trying to do a CASE learn on my 09 Saturn Sky with an LNF and all of the VCM Controls in the scanner seem to be greyed out. The CASE learn button shows "NOT CONNECTED" before I connect to the vehicle and once I connect it shows "NOT SUPPORTED" but is still greyed out.

My tune doesn't have any codes disabled and I've followed the instructions for CASE learn in the Help section to the letter and cannot get any of the VCM controls to do anything. Has anyone else successfully been able to do a CASE learn on an LNF with HP Tuners Scanner?

You can't do a case learn with the e69 ecu through HPTuners.

Thanks! I emailed support and they told me the same thing. VCM controls in the scanner do absolutely nothing on my car. Found a used DashHawk II for cheap and luckily it is able to do a case learn. Be nice to have a Tech2 but I'm not interested in paying that much.
