Controller locker timed out

anybody had problems since downloading latest version. I have a 2009 6.4 that will not write the TCM. Says Controller timed out. Get a pending code for no TCM communication, but then it goes away. Anyway truck wont start. Tried 3 different tunes and stock tune. If I try to read entire. It only seems to read the Green OAK ECM.

Any ideas? No write cal option on the diesels, just write entire on both modules....

might be a coincidence but the TCM is bad. I hope that HP didn't have anything to do with it.... Truck will start with the hot wire trick..

Used to happen on faulty computer usb port..must be a connection physiclly
