GM Look up tables. Base 2 - Eight 0's and 1's= 8 bits= 1 byte with 255 combinations/counts. 0 - 256 counts. 5.0 volt scale with 255 increments = @ 0.02 volts per count. 1 count = 0.02 volts , 128 counts = 2.50 volts. 256 counts = 5.0 volts.
