system crashes and shuts down

Hello All,

I am having issues with the system crashing when I try to upload gopro video. I am using a gopro 11 mini, I currently can't remember what frame rate and size but I am sure its high. Any help will be appreciated. I am trying to edit my races from Barber this past weekend and then overlay AIM data. It's been a long time since I have been able to see actual data and I'm hoping to see and learn some new things about not only my race but my own riding.
