Issue is car will not run, (starts and immediately dies) with OS modification LC/NLS active or inactive. Flex-inactive. No other changes.
Where's a starting point?
Nothing looks different between the two tunes parameters.. besidesOs mod which adds, Main VE tabs under Airflow and of course flex and launch control tabs.
No changes to anything besides enabling LC/NLS
