Is there anybody else that has began tuning the 06 Chevrolet Impala 3.5L VVT motor. I will be starting shortly after my MPVI Pro arrives. Hopefully before this weekend.
Of course I will have to start on my '04 GTO :drivin: first, and the Impala will be started shortly thereafter.
Update:
I got my MVPI and tried to obtain the VCM file, after reading the VCM I got the message that this was not supported.
I have allready sent the file and log to support. I forgot to add a subject line in the e-mail :doh: . At least I was able to see the charts for logging a short drive.:D
yeah thankfully it was only the definition file not supported error...chris/Keith should have you up and running pretty quickly.

that file is HUGE over 2mb sheesh, how long did the read take?
A little over 4 min. That included the 10 sec. delay during the read.
Did support get this file?? If so, Any update on the status of the updated file set yet( as refrenced byfoff667)? To start with I wanted to look at some of the shifting parameters, esp. the downshifting.
