6T70 TCC parameter question

I've noticed that the "Torque Min" and "Torque Max" values in the "TCC Adapt" group of setttings for my 6T70 (2012 Impala, 3.6L LFX, 6T70 trans) are set "strangely"...

The "Torque Min" is set to 22 ft. lb. and the "Torque Max" is set to 15 ft lb. So does that mean that TCC Adapt is basically disabled (assuming that all TCC Adapt parametes must be "in range" for TCC adapt to function).

All other values (trans temp min/max, TPS min/max and VSS min/max) look normal (max is higher than min), but not sure I undertand why the Torque min/max are set like that.

That is how i would read that...i did change my Max value to 360 as i wont hit that unless i am on the spray. Not sure i saw any difference from that change
