if these guys read this then heres some help
alot of people at the cadillac forum that stbtt and i are hoping you can do what no one else can, hack the 1st and 2nd gen obd2 cadillacs
00-05 uses a completely different programming and engine than the 96-99, theres probably a higher demand for hte 96-99 1st hand.
Anyways thats the deal if you hack it and sell it i know people will buy it!
If you visit most of the Cadillac forums you will find that there is a very big N* performance following for the 93 and up engines.
can you give us a pcm breakdown of what computers you want supported? They can vary tremendosly from application to appliication, year to year & car to car. A link or info outright would be great. Obviously only 96+ OBD2 pcms
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

we would like the seville sts, sls and the deville thank you
pcm breakdown if you have or can get them...for instance 96-97 fbodies have 1 pcm, 98 only fbodies have another pcm, 99-02 fbodies have a different pcm, so 3 different pcm's in a 6 year span is alot of work. I would assume caddy's are similar in that they don't all have the same pcm from 96-04

96-99 use the same then the 00-03 are diff.
00-03 use the same vcm but they have two diff oem # i think they are diff. flash. the oem #s for the 00-03 are 12562481 and 12573503 i think
thanks

www.cadillacforum.com BTW I know it doesn't matter but let me also mention Eldorados as well.

The Eldorados are the same as the Sivilles and Devilles I the only diff. between the t series are programing in the fuel and spark tables i think
I was just wondering why it wasn't mentioned. I know it comes down to the engines which are used in all three 96-99.
it comes down to pcm's when your talking about tuning software engines are an afterthought.

this would be vary usefull i hope you can do something i have been wanting this for a long time
I was just speaking on the Eldorado comment not the programming.
i should have said something about the eldo as well but i hope you guys can crack the computer i have had several people ask me at my shop if i could tune these cars so i know that there is a need for this stuff
the STS ETC and Deville Concourse 96-99 used the same general PCM programming mated vin 9 300 hp N* with a 3:71 tranny
the SLS Eldo (later ESC) and Deville Delegance 96-99 used the same PCM pro mated with a vin Y 275 hp N* with a 3:11 tranny
in 00 the N* was redesigned for lower compression and to allow the use of regular 87 octane gas, thus new engine and new programming
the STS ETC and DTS 00-05 used the same general PCM programming mated vin 9 300 hp N* with a 3:71 tranny
the SLS ESC and Deville/Deville DHS 00-05 used the same general PCM programming mated vin Y 275 hp N* with a 3:11 tranny
to make the best bang/ most money off hand right now the biggest demand will be for the 96-99 Northstar especially the vin 9 touring models and the easiest would be the 96-97 Programming because during those years the Seville and Eldorado were IDENTICAL same computers same programming same wiring EVERYTHING but in 98 the Seville was redesigned and was completely different....
