LS2: Throttle Position (SAE) % vs. ETC Position %

I did some logging today on the GTO and found that the default TPS reading goes from 18% at idle to 88% at WOT. I pulled up ETC Position % and that reads 8% at idle to 100% at WOT.

The later seems to make more sense. Which one should we be using?

    Thanks,
    Tim

the ETC one. GM set the ouput of the SAE TPS PID to be absolute voltage %. I dunno if the SAE changed their spec or GM changed their interpretation.

Thanks again, I found this out yesterday while logging and seen 88% at WOT and thought that GM limited the opening to 88%. I spent hours looking around for a parameter to change this last night lol.

TPS % on the LS2 will only go to 88 so you have to log ETC % to show 100

Have you guys found a way yet to get the full 88% TPS out of a Vortec LS2?
